A stack of chocolate chip cookies, displaying their golden-brown color and scattered chocolate chips.

Smoosh the butter and sugar together until it turns a kinda light brown seems kind of smooth. Add in the eggs (preferably without shells) and mix it about till its a batter. Throw in the vanilla to complete the wets part of the mix.

Now get a sieve and throw the flour into it, bang it against your hand over the wets and repeat until all the flours in and then mix it up. Chuck in the rest of the drys like baking soda and salt.

Mix that together till its all mixed up and ya can make it into a ball. at this point add in your chocolate or what every, mix through and split into balls.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 190C or 170C Fan oven or Gas Mark 5(ish) for like 10-15 minutes.

You can throw them direct into the oven or freeze them on a tray and then store in freezer bags.
